Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room offered a nice view of the mountains but was a bit cramped and the thin walls didn't provide much privacy. The service was welcoming and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location, although not ideal for exploring on foot, was quiet and peaceful. Dining options were a bit pricey, and the breakfast cut-off time was an inconvenience. Overall, a decent stay with good service and views but some room for improvement.
The hotel's location provides easy access to distant island spots and beaches, but the surroundings can be unsettling at times. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped for cooking, although some maintenance issues were evident. The service stands out with friendly and accommodating staff, offering enjoyable amenities and assistance. The dining experience varies from providing a good variety of breakfast options to falling short of basic hotel standards. Facilities are functional and offer laundry services and tour assistance.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were modern and clean with a good-size private balcony, just like the pictures we booked. However, the dim lights and dark shower gave me a bit of a scare - made me wonder what was lurking in there. The service was top-notch, from the incredible girls and guys at the front desk to the fantastic yoga and SUP/kayak instructor. The location was superb with easy parking, proximity to the bus stop, and a beautiful surrounding area away from the touristy spots. The dining was above expectations, offering hot, tasty, and plentiful options. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor hiccups.
My stay at Paradise Bay Resort was a mixed experience. The rooms, though in a very relaxing part of the resort, had some downsides like an uncomfortable bed and thin walls. The service, however, was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location, away from the hustle of Honolulu and close to beautiful tropical surroundings, was a big plus. The dining was a bit pricey, but the food quality didn't match the cost. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms provided a perfect, clean, and cozy feeling, but they were dark, dirty, had no view at all, and were noisy and loud, not justifying the price. The service was fantastic from some staff, notably Greta and Honey, but a studio mix-up led to disappointment. The location was hidden away from touristy areas, great for relaxation or exploring the island. Dining was a mix of mediocre and delicious options, with some limitations. Overall, a stay with pleasant surprises and letdowns.
The hotel had a mixed experience. The rooms looked more like a barren hostel filled with patio furniture due to guests not liking the view but were really really clean and well stocked. The service was most useful from Jessica and Sophia, friendly enough but not always as helpful as we needed. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway in a quiet residential bay area. The dining was delicious but simple. Overall, a place with clean rooms and friendly staff, yet with room for improvement in service and room views.
I absolutely loved the peaceful side of the island where the hotel is located, with stunning views from the lanai. The service was incredibly helpful and fun, making my stay even more enjoyable. While the simple dining options were fine, the open-air restaurant was a nice touch to start off my mornings. The rooms, although simple, were spacious and well-organized, and the location was perfect for those wanting to experience the island's natural beauty.
I love this hotel for its serene surroundings and friendly staff. The rooms, though cozy and clean, may feel a bit crowded, affecting comfort. The location offers a peaceful retreat but lacks immediate access to shops and restaurants. Dining options are varied and delicious, especially the breakfast spread.
I had a wonderful stay at Paradise Bay Resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a very open terrace with fantastic views of the lush mountains. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for a couple of nights' getaway.
The hotel had basic but clean and comfy rooms, located right at the bottom of a steep hill. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Greta and CJ. The location was great, on the bay and within a short drive to beautiful beaches like Lanikai. The dining experience was filling and enjoyable, albeit with a smaller selection. Overall, a friendly and accommodating stay with some dated features and a bit of a challenging hill to climb.
The hotel offers a lovely and quiet tropical paradise getaway, though the location lacks holiday attractions and roosters might wake you up. The rooms are spacious and relatively clean, but some areas were not well-maintained. The service is positive and professional. The dining experience provides a bountiful selection but might be too fancy for some. Price for certain amenities may apply.
The hotel offers cabins by the waters of the bay, but the rooms were different from what we expected with garden furniture facing a noisy parking lot. The service was amazing, especially from the front desk staff and instructors. The location provided a great view and proximity to beaches, but individual rooms lacked soundproofing. Facilities were well-equipped, with activities like yoga and fitness available.
